ABOUT US

Hey Sisters,

I wanted to share a little bit about myself and how I started my online closet, “She’s Salvage Thrift”. She’s Salvage Thrift was birthed out of my love and passion for fashion, but also from a place of pain and grief. I began my journey in 2021 after the sudden passing of my mother. I started looking for ways to heal other women while healing myself. I was always taught what you give is what you get. So I wanted to give love from my heart through fashion and in return I would receive love. That was my secret formula! So, I did just that. Welcome to my closet.

In 2018 God allowed {Sisters of Salvage Ministry} to be

birth. I can remember him speaking to me so clearly

about how he was going to use my gift to help other

women. I didn’t realize hiding behind clothing would

later bring forth passion and purpose.

Here I am 3 years later; the owner of my own thrift store.

She’s salvage thrift is not just a closet its ministry.

God was taking what the enemy thought he destroyed and

was giving it value again. Saving women, healing her, and

restoring her by the rebuilding of confidence through

second-hand pieces.

Thrifting has always been a thing for me.

I believe it was one of my God given gifts. He used it to

Salvage and (Save) me.

For years I struggled with my own self image. I hid

behind fashion to cover up my imperfections and

brokenness.

I struggled as a woman with my confidence and being

accepted (chosen) as many of us women do.

It took God to reveal to me my true identity in him.

His love for me revealed my value and worth.

I survived on broken pieces until God healed me and

rebuilt my confidence.

I taught myself how to see someone else’s trash and

unwanted items as treasure.

Now I’m healed and I know my worth.

My goal is to help my sisters see the value in themselves again. (SALVAGE)
